ePlatinum does not charge sales tax except for North Carolina shipping addresses. However, North Carolina residents may enjoy a lower shipping cost due to shorter distances or the taking advantage of merchandise pick up. UPS Ground is our shipping service provider and usually delivers to North Carolina addresses within the 2-3 days or so from the shipping date.
The current tax rate for NC residents is 7%.

We do ship products internationally. However, all international orders must be prepaid through PayPal, by money order, cashier's check or direct bank wire transfer. We use FedEx to deliver our products to customers. FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are the available shipping options. USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only as well as international orders. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All shipping charges are calculated based on UPS shipping rates and additional handling fees. We use destination zip code and total weight of the products ordered to determine shipping price. Expedited shipping services are available upon customer request. Additional shipping fees will be applied. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information. The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination.
For shipping damage, customer should claim to their carrier immediately.

All new and refurbished items (except for used merchandise) come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of three months to one year from the date of your purchase, depending on the manufacturer. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product with the same product.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty apart from shipping costs.
We recommend that product returned by post be sent UPS, FedEx or USPS with insurance. EPlatinumOnlineMegaStore.com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.
Customer may return any product purchased from EPlatinumOnlineMegaStore.com
within thirty (14) days of delivery of the order. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Customer may request a replacement product otherwise company a refund in the same form as original payment will be issued. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for non-defective merchandise returns.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) number.

Please have your order number available.
When you return the item please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and provide a return reason.
Returns must be in like new condition.
Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be received by EPlatinumOnlineMegaStore.com within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or
after 14 days of delivery of the order.
